Shipping policy

Upon receiving shipping information, within 14 days, your package has been processed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled at this point. 

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 7 to 14 business days. During sales events such as PBN online events and holidays, shipping times can increase to 10 to 20 days.
