Refund policy

We understand sometimes damage or errors occur and would be happy to replace orders containing damaged or incorrect items within 1 days of order being received. After 1 days of receipt, all sales are final. Damaged item(s) or incorrect item(s) must be returned to Pür Bella Naturals prior to shipment of replacement. 

Upon receiving shipping information, within 7-14 days, your package has been processed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled at this point. 

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 14 business days. During sales events such as PBN online events and holidays, shipping times can increase to 7 to 18 days. 

PBN is dedicated to shipping accurately and efficiently and we do our best to do so expeditiously. 

Since the use of the products by others is beyond our control especially in terms of combining our products with other manufacturer's products, no expressed or implied guarantee as to the beneficial effects of their use can be given nor liability taken.

Our haircare products are guaranteed for a one year shelf life after purchase.  However, once products are opened, we cannot guarantee spoilage due to individual hygiene habits when handling the products. For jarred products we recommend to use a sterile spatula. Avoid getting water or any other contaminants into the containers as this may also cause spoilage. Unlike chemically based products, natural and organic ingredients vary considerably and we do our best to adjust each batch that we create for consistent results. Slight differences in color or scent are possible from batch to batch.
